ASKING FOR JDBC AND SQL92 COMPATIBILITY

We try to compare Postegesql/Oracle/Sql Server/Ingres
for a local application developped in Java.
Could you confirm by mail that oracle database server is SQL92 (Level entry)
compatible, and support JDBC1/JDBC2 and JDBC3.

Could you confirm that SQL Serveur (last release) is SQL92 (Level entry)
compatible, and support JDBC1/JDBC2 and JDBC3.
